At ZENVY, your satisfaction is our priority. Every piece in our collection is carefully selected, and we want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns after this period.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and pouches
  • Not be marked as a Final Sale item

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (all styles)
  • Personalised or engraved jewellery
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email us at support@zenvy.com (pas aan naar jouw echte mail) with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 working days with instructions
  3. Send your item back using a tracked shipping method

Once received and inspected, we will process your return within 7 working days.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be fully refunded, including shipping costs, or replaced free of charge

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different style or item, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to availability). Simply mention this when submitting your return request.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zenvy.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at support@zenvy.com.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item sent

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as ZENVY cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
