Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) once payment has been confirmed.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods, promotions, or high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We also offer promotional free delivery from time to time — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. You can use the tracking link to follow your order at any time.


International Orders — Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside your region, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

ZENVY is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbours or safe delivery locations
  • Contacting your local courier or postal service

We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier. Please note that once delivery is confirmed, ZENVY cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

ZENVY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@zenvy.com. Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
